Senior Minister Tim Spivey is a Southern California native with a passion for God that is contagious. A sought-after speaker at churches and Christian events throughout the country, Tim strives to teach God's Word in a way that is both challenging and relevant, and absolutely loves serving God in ministry.
Tim also enjoys writing and has published a number of articles and reviews, as well as his first book, Jesus the Powerful Servant (College Press, 2006). He is also the author of the forthcoming Jesus: the Word Made Flesh (College Press, 2009). He holds the Bachelor of Arts in Religion, Masters of Science in Ministry and Masters of Divinity degrees from Pepperdine University, as well as the Doctor of Ministry degree from Abilene Christian University.
Tim lives in Escondidio, California with his wife, Emily, and their three daughters, Anna, Olivia, and Norah.
